One potential dislike about CDE Asia could be the lack of employee transportation. This could inconvenience employees who rely on public transportation or those who do not have access to personal vehicles. The absence of transportation support may create challenges in commuting to and from work, especially if the company's location is not easily accessible or if employees have to travel long distances.

Likes

There are a lot of opportunities to grow, lots of learnings and great exposure at an early level of my career. Management of the company is very good, everything is organized very well. Work-life balance is superb. HOD and Proman very supportive.

Dislikes

My request to Management to enhance and revise the facilities for the AMC engineers.

Work atmosphere is good. Hard worker gets recognized. No politics. Everyone is liberal to express his/her views.

Dislikes

Transportation is required, at least for the employees who travel from more than 15 km away from the office (30 km both way).

You can take a lot of initiatives, management always support those to take initiatives, identify problems and solve them

Growth in terms of your salary is poor, most of the people here are underpaid than the market benchmark
