Dislikes

They make your work for free. Salary is too low. No transport facility. They find ways in which your salary can be deducted. They cut security which is not refunded very easily. You can be expelled anytime. In my case, 7-8 teachers were expelled without notice and 1 month salary. No respect is given to teachers. The management doesn't know how to talk. They also call you on Sundays for extra work like distributing books, meetings, and for invigilation of competitive exams.(without pay). They will announce meetings after the school dispersal or ask you to check papers after the students have gone till 5-6 pm suddenly. DO NOT WORK THERE.

There is work life balance and work pressure is not too high.

There is no job security, arrogant management, no respect is being given to teachers, TGT teachers are made to handle UKG classes, no transport facility for the teachers. Compensation is too less and sometimes it feels like you are working for free. Salary is paid after 20th of the next month. In time of digital age, they still give salary in cash. Every month 10% of your salary is deducted in the name of security, which will be given back only if you complete 1 year in school. There are no benefits, no PF and no leaves for the teachers. Even if you take one day off in a month your salary will be deducted. Although they promise 2nd Saturday off, but in reality its 6 days working. No trips are organised for the teachers and there is no personality development. Once you are appointed, you have to beg in front of them to get the offer letter. There is not even a single ground in the school and the morning assembly is held in basement which has no ventilation!!

All d policies of management are against employees, not employer friendly, less growth , management always find methods to deduct the salary of employees, poor results outcomes

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
