In CCL company they provide many facilities and give permission to work with free mind. In this pandemic situation they provide us salary on time and they give safety items like sanitizer, mask, glufs etc.

Dislikes

In CCL company I afraid from job security because I have no job security there. My salary package is low according to my work. Remaining all things are good.

I was not an employee in CCL, I was an Apprentice Trainee there, anyone can apply after completing his/her , diploma and Btech. This Apprentiship program is run by Government of India . One can apply online through NATS portal. This program is for one year.

Dislikes

After completing Apprentice they will provide you a certificate nothing more than that.

Work environment at CCL was favourable and everyone was cooperative.. Every intern there had opportunity to learn from highly skilled officials and get to know about the company and it's functioning.

Dislikes

Procrastination prevailed at some level as most of the employees were old enough to work.The work environment lacked zeal.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
