No proper communication regarding company policy. They will cut your salary because of half an hour late coming without providing information initially. Also if you ask them the reason, you get fired same day because you discussed with HR.

Here, taking risks and learning from them isn't just encouraged- it's the norm. The work environment to be honest here is good- promotes team collaboration, and office politics are left at the door. The company is laser-focused on meeting client's needs and is smashing it on the growth front. Plus, rumour has it- they're planning to expand globally!! And let's talk about the Noida office- Well Designed, prime location, plus the food scene is sorted and is easily accessible from the office location.

The company is all about working hard and achieving big things, but I think- adding more team-building activities or fun events could take the vibe up a notch- FOR SURE.
