No proper communication regarding company policy. They will cut your salary because of half an hour late coming without providing information initially. Also if you ask them the reason, you get fired same day because you discussed with HR.

When I first read the reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but now? Total game-changer. The culture here? It's all about pushing the envelope and smashing those targets together. The leadership? Pure dynamite (under some good directors). They don't just tell you to think outside the box- they practically hand you the scissors to cut the box open! Here, taking risks and learning from them isn't just encouraged- it's the norm. The work environment to be honest here is good- promotes team collaboration, and office politics are left at the door. The company is laser-focused on meeting client's needs and is smashing it on the growth front. Plus, rumour has it- they're planning to expand globally!! And let's talk about the Noida office- Well Designed, prime location, plus the food scene is sorted and is easily accessible from the office location.

The company is all about working hard and achieving big things, but I think- adding more team-building activities or fun events could take the vibe up a notch- FOR SURE.

Nothing to like. Such a horrible company. Full of politics coming directly from the owners. Dual faces, no policy implementation, saying bad about employees at their back… being manipulative all the time. Zero job security, you can be asked to leave without any reason. Just dragging the organization… failing commitments as humans. Promoting politics only, no recognition no work and goodness. They want someone who can gossip and do micromanagement in the absence of owners. Such bull shit Spilling the beans…. Trust me on this. Regards X HRBP OF CCENTRIK
