We have to struggle for Salary increments and Promotions and Their is no Job security if you have lost or left your account and if will talk about working hours we have to hive 9×6=54 hours in a week

Superiors do not support. They just give big show off statements and are a dark hole within. Open culture is an eyewash, Managers to top hierarchy can't handle in the face feedback and then the job is at stake.

Salary is less Less no. of holidays Slow in career growth/ no career growth program u can enroll for If u r working on a site on different company, CBRE's HR will not be available for help. U r not aware of new openings , u need to contact HR . Less staff benefits No increments / delayed in increments/Less increments/ no bonus

Empolyee no arrangement food canteen.waterdrinking In office.& No annual other benefits & gift in festival.working hours 9.00 hours every day & other facilities timing 7:00am to 14:00 Pm B shift 14:00 Pm to 9:00 Pm,c shift night 9:00PM to 7:00am.etc.

The best thing about working at CBRE is that I always get paid on time, and the firm never thinks twice about disciplining us for even minor faults.

One of the things I noticed most about CBRE is that, in order to maintain its value, the company prioritizes its reputation over the future of its employees and pays little attention to their development. The supervisors there aren't afraid to damage employee morale or demotivate their progress, which is something I've only seen in my 25 years of career.
