With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Awesome work culture, great opportunity for freshers as well as experienced employee , on time salary , good hike , along with that, many technologies which are new , we got a chance to work in it . Fantastic experience as of now, I am there for 6 years , wanted to serve more.

...s okay. But many things like work-life balance depend on the project and client. Salary structure is fine.

Dislikes

HR policies are not that employee-friendly, especially leave policies. Job security is a bit concern.

...d best organization to start your career as a fresher. Teammates are supportive. Appraisal are fair and salary package is good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Unnecessary pressure is there. The management should be much more polished. Good to start your career over here, nothing much to learn.
