the culture is target oriented. job security is okay but cannot be taken for granted. no firm company policy, meeting the targets is only the aim.

Dislikes

lot of politics, management by influence, lack of unity of command and direction. sr mgmt not well versed with latest improvement technics, poor in estimations related to workcontent, time, money, efforts. mgmt running behind results and lack of process oriented thinking. lacking in engineering concepts. not eager for changes to new technology. Current leadership is having wish but not clear on how to achieve it and hence full of cahos..
