They have flexible work hours but need to complete 45 hr per week HR person are like govt office generally they didn't response you back company policies are very bad. they have cafeteria they should provide subsidies food to employees as other companies are doing the same work life balance is depend on the team ..

...have seen some activity -- to post picture over linkedin .etc NO team outings Strict 45 hour per week which is very bad if you miss it by 1 minutes they half day leave or half day salary. 90% people are fresher very bad CTC structure if you are joining this company ask 10% more salary then expectation. there is no training like health attrition rate very high in this company you can checkout headcount decrement over linkedin -there is gym on the top floor but it never opened since cavisson established just show case

There's nothing likeable in this company. Everything here is USELESS just like the company itself. If you're going to join CAVISSON(NOTE - specially for girls). You should be prepare with the mind set that here you'll find the male working employees very SEXIST. They do not recommend female employees in developers team because according to them females can't do coding or anything at all. Also the worst part is their management system .Don't take feedback or input in any manner.

...remises ALL TIME. 4. Saturday is also working here. 5. No WFH policies here. 6. If a person is suffering from medical condition they'll directly deduct from salary. 7. If you're late by 10 seconds the half day will be marked absent and only half-day pay will be provided for same. 8. No Cafeteria. 9. No APPRAISAL at time. 10. The worst part is that there's very less client left in the company.

There is nothing to like about this company. This company is more toxic than your ex. The people here are very creepy and being a girl this company is a very uncomfortable place to work in.

...le employees are so condescending. This company has zero clients and no future. Min salary zero appraisal Basic employee rights are also not followed. HR says inappropriate and mean things gets personal on things. Even VP(neeraj jain) does this. Flexible break hours are also not given Salary does not get credited on time but they count everyday of the month when they have to deduct money. Lack of technical knowledge in managers and incompetence. DO. NOT. WORK. HERE.

...performance bonous and not giving it to employees. a person with a package of 6.5 lpa got lesser salary than 4.5 lpa 🤣. they didn't have any client as their product is garbage. you shouldn't join this company unless and until u have very high requirements of job . they hire new joiners and didn't confirm them for years and give them salary of an associate engineer, think a software Engineer with salary of 15k.
