There are nothing to say about dislike but I would rather say that sometimes it feels doing regular night shifts was feeling sick

Was ask to leave the job as the replacement extended her tenor due to covid pandemics, and I was left to face the consequences of covid pandemics. Not even think that there will be no job available in this situation and still I am jobless.

To talk about my experience at Cattleya is something that was very special and it was really a wonderful experience and important thing to me. To start my carrer here as the first company is always a unforgettable thing and had entirely great time. I was able to grasp various knowledge, handling problems with teammates, different ways of dealing with problems during pressure conditions and various methods to get innovative solutions. The teammates and trainers were too cooperative and helping and guidance as a part of training was absolutely good. To talk about salary as a fresher, i'd say that its something i wouldn't mind but i was also very much satisfied with the salary. It was a great platform. The job security, travel, politics, work environment, work life balance on the other hand were all comfortable and convinient. I'd say that this is surely one of the best place to work and the knowledge and experience gained during this period would serve as a part of my career growth and would be definitely be looking forward to be part of such a company in future when it comes with opportunities.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give Average salary

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
