Kanjus founder, pay peanuts to employees. Husband wife organisation which do not have coordination. They hit the employees emotionally and exploit them by taking advantage of their situation. Nothing is organised. They behave like day wage employees in the organisational employees. Difficult to work in this culture and hard to put up with both of them. They favor Tamilans. There was a girl doing sales, she left and no projects now.

Terrible Management and Toxic Work Environment:- This is family business where you will see husband wife is working without any coordination. The management at this company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They’ve hired a manager who clearly has no idea how to lead a team. Instead of supporting employees who perform well, they constantly compare you to others, creating a toxic and demoralizing environment—even when you’re doing better than others in your role. The focus here is entirely on money. They don’t care about teamwork, coordination, or employee well-being—they just want someone to act like a robot and generate revenue daily. The so-called "experienced" manager is completely ineffective, and even a fresher could do a better job. If you’re looking for a professional and supportive workplace, stay far away. Lastly, they’ve been in the industry for 8 years but still call themselves a "startup," which is laughable. This company is a joke—don’t waste your time here.

Owner don't know anything they know only how to getting money never trust this type of company it's not IT company it's like a call centre working culture 😞😞😞😞 they waste my valuable time.
