While working with CSB bank I have lern lot of things which is good and useful for my future

I am not satisfied with the appraisal and salary hike, they are not looking properly, I have done better business than other and I did not get enough hike and expected promotion, but who didn't do anything they got ,this is bit surprised to me .

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary payment is prompt... Since the new management came to power, rewards and recognitions are occassionally conducting at some star hotels..

Dislikes

Work culture and the top level managements policies... One employee itself should do 4 peoples job. Never expect a work - life balance when you are in this organisation. Outdated softwares and unsupportive departments are really making this organisation one of the worst to work with...The huge targets makes the employees physically and mentally weak for sure..

CTC recruitment so don't expect enough job security Work culture is good, main business aim is life insurance and casa numbers Company will surely give us promotion in each 2 year if we works well
