No accreditation for engineers who come from other organisations . They recruit only to say they have experienced people, rather they have a very bad knowledge hub in product group.

As of now nothing, i have only received the toxic work culture from manager, where he is just falsely blaming people of random things

Dislikes

Everything as per the project prospective. - The worst manger - No proper work process in the team. - asking to do things without proper agenda - where manger is not agreeing on the changes on the developed code asking to call it as iterations. Which according to him can be done in a day. - Putting your point is considered as arguments. - No Job Security due to the worst manager.

I have improve my skill in this company, client also give suggest for more initiative thing to implement for company premises, than I like nature of work.

Dislikes

Some cultures to improve like any used materials to put in suggest place, Don't throw any of waste materials in near the dustbin...

Lots of things to learn, processes to understand which will help in any job. Work timing flexibility is great.

Dislikes

Slowly decline from good days. From a workload and work culture perspective, CAT is becoming like any other garden variety Indian OEM, overworking us. WFH has completely destroyed the work life balance.
