I was given a lower salary grade considering my experience which i came to know only after joining. People joining now have lesser experience than me is getting much more salary. I was from a tier-2 company so was degraded in terms of salary as well as position. Work profile not as promised in interview. Very immature work which makes downgraded. Lost all my past experience as they are not utilised. Management not ready to mitigate this issue even after I conveyed my distress.

Leadership (so called) rely on threatening and slavery approach without any sort of human values Aurangabad is a city with limitations in good education and hospitals.
