Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners. Not supportive nature during trouble with customer's and only focus on business, , takes long time to pass TADA bill, In other aspects it is in average

Dislikes

CAT in Aurangabad is built on an intimidating and daunting culture. No respect to employees and causes disconcerting. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
