Caterpillar is one of the MNC based company ,we have opportunity to learn so many things in production, logistics, supply chain, procurement, purchasing, transportation, safety is the most important to them,

Salary didn't not matched with given work, low salary, they are not providing any bonus for diwali, I don't spend time with my friends and family after joining this work because I have too work.

Leadership (so called) rely on threatening and slavery approach without any sort of human values Aurangabad is a city with limitations in good education and hospitals. I'd suggest someone who wanted to join this organization to think thrice before making decision
