Typical Indian politics. Agency-role to Full-time conversion won't happen unless your Manager does it. No Bonus / No Transportation for Agency employees. Terrible Food at canteen.

I was given a lower salary grade considering my experience which i came to know only after joining. People joining now have lesser experience than me is getting much more salary. I was from a tier-2 company so was degraded in terms of salary as well as position. Work profile not as promised in interview. Very immature work which makes downgraded. Lost all my past experience as they are not utilised. Management not ready to mitigate this issue even after I conveyed my distress.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

That's the best company I could have worked for. The work-life balance is perfect, while the compensation is more than industry average. Also, being such a mature firm and an industry leader means that one gets to learn the best practices of the industry, which help tremendously for the development of a professional.

Dislikes

Except the location (Chennai), which isn't preferred by all, everything's perfect.

Salary okay, flexible hours little okay

Dislikes

Very bad culture, 5 days work from office leaves no time for family or doing other activities. Overall skill development is slow because of mostly inside projects. Very backward towards technology usage. And most people are biased towards one part of the India (Tamil).
