Dislikes

Very bad culture, 5 days work from office leaves no time for family or doing other activities. Overall skill development is slow because of mostly inside projects. Very backward towards technology usage. And most people are biased towards one part of the India (Tamil).

CAT in Aurangabad is built on an intimidating and daunting culture. No respect to employees and causes disconcerting.
