Skills development is best compared to any other company. Flexible timings. Even interns are treated equally as employees. Appreciation are always there whenever you do something and also when you complete a thing. Even if we are struct at something entire team is ready to help.

Dislikes

Most important interns has no chance of conversion to full time employment, mostly rare. They will always take interns more than their needs so chance of conversion to full time employment is a bid risky. Manager and supervisor are always ready to send you out after their work is complete.
