Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Salary will be good. This organisation will gave opportunity for your skill development. They have many courses for employees to grow his skills In Benefits, One is those who join this organisation after he was getting married then company will gave him "Shagun" of Rs. 21000/-.

Dislikes

In this organisation, there was no work life balance at the midnight management will call you. Extensive pressure will give their employees. Management never impressed to your job how good it will be l, they always thought and told that you did not work.

Company is good and salary & expense is on time. Upper management is clear to be market scheme and extra extra.

Dislikes

Lower management is very Discrimination and Any scheme that comes from the company through the dealer does not go to the market and its money is divided between the dealer and the management.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supported and the mangagment is transport there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policie are good appraisals fair and they give good salry Hike and bonus every year

There is lot of politcs and the mangagment doesnt address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resin.on the job training is not given to New jinees

Third class culture. There is nothing to like

Company internal politics. No job security. RSM and GM both are under same lobby. Everyday they are forcing to submit resignation. Never join here I suggest
