Worst politics, salary not on time, lots of salary cutting as per there thought without any intimation deduction and will do salary as and when they want. Not on there co. Commitment.

...lanning for a long term relationship with the firm. The teammates are very good.Salary is well on time,though appraisals are not assured.There is healthy work environment amongst the functional departments.

Dislikes

As it is a growing corporate the work life balance is little disturbed.Chances of career growth are at the cost of personal time sacrifices and no special allowances benefits are provided.

Nothing to like except ... MD has experience in SRA projects and those in his 'good-book' can gain some knowledge for SRA proceeding, land acquisitions, society matters, how to pull SRA schemes from others, how for fool society members, flat purchasers etc.

Dislikes

Worst & painful for Architects. Architects are like enemy. Being Licensed Surveyor MD hates Architects, Recently more than 10 people resigned. Lazy-irresponsible people yet survived. No value of honest hardwork. Only 18 leaves p.a., No bank holidays, No HR policy & dedicated HR, HR policy changes day by day as per MD's mood & selfish needs, work on sundays, late sitting everyday even upto 4am sometimes, no scheduled work, no time planning for projects, PM's are like PA to MD & no responsibility to PM, everything is expected form Architects only without any liability, ... Literally Harassment. Even Clients have left, terminated Catapults consultancy due to MD Vilas Kharche's dishonest unfaithful behavior.
