...avourite people who are the front runners and rest others are treated like shit. They didn't even pay the full and final settlement to me. I would recommend all fraternity to never ever join this stupid company. Their clients are also worst!! And no one will support you even if client is wrong.

Lil bit work life balance

Dislikes

Here seniors are partial. Hiring those who can work in less money. Expects too much in salary which is so less. HR also don't favor it's employees. No Wfh policy. Hiring of near relatives and then giving them extra privileges which other employees don't get.

...rming. It's evident that the company's management lacks direction and integrity. Moreover, the low pay reflects a blatant disregard for employee well-being and future prospects. Overall, my experience at this company has been disappointing, to say the least. I strongly advise against joining, as there is no room for growth or professionalism in such a toxic environment

I've noticed that communication between departments could be improved. While we have great teams, sometimes information doesn't flow as seamlessly as it could,which occasionally leads to misunderstanding.

Off-sites, easy to approach management.

Dislikes

Favouritism, no training, no equal distribution of work (if you are good at something all work will come to you while others will enjoy free time), no seperate work mobile, lot of stress to bring business
