This is my first job, and I am so happy that I joined. I have learned new skills and improved myself, while maintaining a good work life balance. I also had the opportunity to work with the experienced co-founders. It is a great opportunity to learn and grow. The flexible working hours are a plus, and Catalyca has a very good work culture with supportive colleagues. We have the opportunity to directly contact the co-founders to clarify any career related doubts or concerns, without the need of an intermediaries. This open line of communication adds to the supportive work environment.

Toxic work culture among some peers. Management taking no responsibility to curb toxic team members at bay. No HR department to overview this.

Its a Start Up Compnay with less than 35 people . Being a Start up the founding team is extremely cautious in spending. I beleive if you need to be ahead or equal with the Comp-set, the compnay needs to have a little extra aggresive approach and spend money on external markeing activities to gain speed in new client acquisistions.
