I like the work and skills of the people.

Dislikes

No matter what it is, every one will work for money but here no salary payment for 3 to 4 months . for me still 1 year salary pending.. its completely management problem.

I like the ambience of this place and one or the other feature is required to have at work place. I am part of good team and there is no concept of work pressure and I look forward to much more in future.

I worked with CAT technologies for just 7 days, they are horrible. Do not even think of joining such a company.

Dislikes

Management and especially Gitesh Nair. They are unethical and try to exploit people. Developer should stay away,

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
