Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I like the work and skills of the people.

Dislikes

No matter what it is, every one will work for money but here no salary payment for 3 to 4 months . for me still 1 year salary pending.. its completely management problem.

I like the ambience of this place and one or the other feature is required to have at work place. I am part of good team and there is no concept of work pressure and I look forward to much more in future.

I worked with CAT technologies for just 7 days, they are horrible. Do not even think of joining such a company.

Dislikes

Management and especially Gitesh Nair. They are unethical and try to exploit people. Developer should stay away,
