The work culture is very bad, the founder of the company is so worst who is ready to fire each and everyone in just 1 shot. Don't perform have personal issues he gives a damn, they just take undue advantage of your weakness

The worst owner I have ever seen in my life who runs a company doesn’t even know how to talk to the employee and the fun fact of working there was all the employees who has been working there from past 2 or 3yrs are all illiterate and not even have the proper education but they have got the position like TL and all they use this position as a power which is senseless the highlight of the company is the manager who only likes to talk to women’s and is interested to talk about women’s whether it’s her personal life or professional he wants all the gossip going on the floor no casual leaves should be taken for casual things too they need a proper reason to consider it foul languages used by the employees on the floor no management no team work no support no future no hope at all worst company and worst employees.

Discriminative people, and even if you talk about it to the HR they show zero concerns. Have no respect for people in general

Partial treatment based on face value and looks, mean colleagues, they pass comment on peoples skin color, appearance, dressing, they indulge into body shaming, make fun of others and the company's management does nothing about it.
