Salary point of view time to time. Organisation is very nice but inside people their having own worst decisions company having bad name.

Culture is worst and nobody knows the knowledge in GMP & GLP activities at QC & QA departments. Present QC head culture less, egoistic and cast feeling he doesn't suitable for pharma field.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Full of partiality especially.. those who are doing hardwork they won't be recognised and importance is given to those who don't do any work at all that is because of partially.

Politics More politics than Indian politics, Bad and very worst people in (not at all suitable) high and deciding positions, No recognition for work, Very minimal man power, no guidance and support.

Mangement is good... But department mangers are worst behaviour... Especially for Qc

Work culture is terrible..manger qualities are not good... Very worst behaviour...no internal and external department communication... Ego mentality for both Qc and Qa mangers...Hr persons were not responding on employe problems...please change current working manger in Qc department...

QC manager likes to Torture people like anything untill they abscond. Plant head is a control freak. Dont want to listen to problems. Acts like a dictator. HR runs a one man show. Rules are not same for all. Depending on the person rules change.
