Working hours are too much you need to work for 10-11 hours daily again need to work on sat sunday. No medical leaves no emergency leave and paid leave will also depend on your reason and need to inform prior 2 months. If you have take unplanned leave then no leave s for next month Additional work you need to do and no job security. HR and manager are not supportive. Penalty are charges every month for each and every small mistake.
