Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I liked only teammates. But now they too don't work over there.

Dislikes

Employee are neither given appointment/ joining letter nor experience letter. Salary is too low. If there is no work employee are ask to do data entry job.

Mr. Pravin Bedade is a Director who is very brilliant person with his knowledge & great experience. Always use to support his employees. And he had given me a free accommodation for 1 year approx. I get DCS training there by himself. And I always thankful to him.

Dislikes

Lack of team or emplpoyees in office. Lack of senior employees for guidance. I was alone in office.
