Nothing. Only package is average . If u want to work as Full stack developer it's good company. Business is priority over tech.

# It's a great organisation. # No micromanagement. # No Sir/Ma'am culture. # Even sales people feel of working in a MNC. # Other companies were firing during Covid-19 but CW was hiring.

# Some products are deteriorating. # Very low initial salary. # Every new product of their's is always already old out there. # Sometimes you'll find yourself the victim of office politics.

Likes

Excellent work culture and HR policies. On time salary and allowances without much follow ups. If you're reporting manager is good, then you could work professionally or else completely screwed. Also the top management is always reachable and they're patient enough to respond to our queries.

Dislikes

HR is a rubber stamp. Way too unprofessional other than the policies. Hardly responds to your calls or texts. No intervention when it is actually required. Undeserved people get promoted and end up making fuss.

Work life balance is good. Overall good company if you don't want much stress. You can start your day as per your convenient. Mostly you will be on field.

Dislikes

Salary is not competitive in the market. No incentives. No career growth and skill enhancement program.

Job security with lots and lots of office politics and leg pulling, never ever join this organisation if you want to achieve big Goals and learn. Only for those who want to pass their time and spend a below avarage life can join this organisation.
