When their business succeeds good balanced, stress free and requirements fulfilled (to make situations/things profitable by befooling employees) Either they ask to employee for resignation or terminate them by falsely accusing.

Acha to kuch bhi nahi hai yaha

Dislikes

...li hai aur ab unhi ke sath team chalaa rahe hai. Customer experience ghatia hai. Kam salary mai graduates rakhe hai jinhe kuch nahi ata. Kuch managers hai jinka naam lena nahi chata yaha but vo bohot hi ghatia hai. Ache professional managers hire Karo or gadho ki fauz ko hatao yaha se.

Work culture, Politics, Management, Salary - everything is bad here. Specially people like Sana Iqbal & Jugesh Kumar are spoiling the work culture and making CARS24 the most toxic and worst place to work.

Medical policies and on time salary.

I have worked religiously with the company for 11 months. Suddenly I have recieved a call that, from tommorow you don't need to come to office. Same happened with my 13-14 colleagues. Overall working with cars24 was good but in terms of job security. I would like to give poor. Management doesn't judge you by perfomance, they judge you by your source and authority.
