The business and HR team very poor, Only doing numbers game, Hiring and Firing is always there as per business need most of festivals season time and appraisal time.

Higher Management never think about ground level employees. Salary is enough but offers high salary to new employees while firing old employees without proper reason. Middle Management is like owners of company they think they are paying us not the actual owner furthermore no practical or technical knowledge in Managers Managing staff working with technical aspects of company. No leaves policy even for personal functions, sickness or festivals.

Nothing is good except getting the salary on time.

If I tell you what is bad in this company, it may take a whole day. You don't get a single holiday except Sundays, apart from the higher management, probably no one in the company gets an appraisal, you have to give justification plus proof for emergency leave, the management here makes you work like a labourer, there is zero work balance here. There is zero security in the job because you never know when your papers will be asked for, there is zero HR support, if you ask them about anything they will either not pick up your phone or their phone will be switched off.

Too Much pros like Great Company Culture, Work Life balance, Good Benefits like leaves, medical help etc. Too much new in initiatives took by company in this pandemic time like corona leaves, caregiver leaves, Family health insurance, compensation while any calamity. It was nice experience..

Dislikes

...epping up there old employees with multiple training and development programs. Also Huge salary differentiation between New and Old same level experience employees where as Old employees are getting very low salary and not matching with the current market standards.

I dont like timing about my roll our team leader force us come before 9:30 we were come but they are not leave us on 6: 30 they are force us to sit office for 10-10 hrs, When any one say about target superior only stopped on only one question is TARGET,
