I work at Cars24, my salary has been cut without any reason, and by the way, I have been terminated. The General Manager and HR of the company abused me and said that you cannot do anything

Nothing to like here. Your personal life will be screwed as there is no time going home. Even if your daily targets are met still they will make you wait in office till 9:30pm everyday. The staff has zero respect towards female employees. Everybody speaks bad words in front of women employees

Very pathetic experience totally butter polish culture toxic environment after delivered targets no job security also company making fool to employees and customers as well. I will suggest better to live without job but no need to join cars24.

Only dislikes I can share because top level management only impose pressure on lower level. Those employees who can know butter polish can survive here. Experienced and honest employees will never join cars 24.Toxic culture no role of HR in this company HR will only follow top management decision. Reference and butter polish employees can survive here.

TL or manager behavior is not good and not understanding the staff problem and issues. They never trust you and always keep on doubts upon you. And appraisal is not done properly as per your expectations. They are very much selfish.

They make employees work overtime without any extra pay and they don't care about their employees. According to me it's just a profit oriented company and doesn't care about employees. The pay scale is very low. I will never recommend this company to someone for working even though for purchasing as well.

Less micro-management by leaders. Cohesive work environment across teams. Fun at work approach. Since there is less micro-management and more hands-on work, you tend to learn immensely and subsequently gain on the skills.

Dislikes

Company's plan last for 2-3 years and once they change, the people are adversely affected. In short, job security takes a toll here. Founders vision is changing every 2-3 years. This is bad for the company's growth as such.
