Carrier is just starting its digital and IoT journey so good scope for growth there. Good job security. If you want to only grow in a tech path, a good company.

Salary increments are just average. Enter at a good level if you can. PM practices are Carrier specific. Only now picking standard agile, so there will be quite a bit of PM stuff not seen outside.

compensation is lowest here according as per my experience. Even the lowest paying service based companies will pay more than them. And yearly appraisals were also in the range of 5%-6%. 2.And you have to learn most of the rhings on your own.People will not help much

...ir employees. They are loosing good talent just because of no work-life balance. They need to understand that their are better places to work and with good compensation. People won't stick to Carrier if leaders don't change their approach.

No work-life balance. Toxic culture. No transparency in performance management. No focus on trainings/skill development. No org changes/job rotation.

Only the pay is good where you get additional 15k on top of your salary. Maybe that would be removed in future.

Dislikes

Very dirty politics, the business are illiterate and never listen to you. The US business heads control the Hyderabad office and they think like you are 3rd grade cheap labour whom they ask to dance how they like just to satisfy their ego and to hide their mistakes. There are much better companies out there so consider other options before accepting their offer.

Good Salary along with shift allowance Carrier as a company is good to work however ot depends on the manager you are working with. It can make your life hell or heaven

Management does not understand employee problems Politics during promotions amd hike
