The company is open to good & latest technology. I am a part of a team that market reliable and high qualitu products & services. Work environment is very good in the company & better relationship with colleagues.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciated mail from my senior & clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my montn year.

Only the pay is good where you get additional 15k on top of your salary. Maybe that would be removed in future.

Very dirty politics, the business are illiterate and never listen to you. The US business heads control the Hyderabad office and they think like you are 3rd grade cheap labour whom they ask to dance how they like just to satisfy their ego and to hide their mistakes. There are much better companies out there so consider other options before accepting their offer.

Good Salary along with shift allowance Carrier as a company is good to work however ot depends on the manager you are working with. It can make your life hell or heaven
