The company gives you full zest of what it feels to work in a MNC also the culture is open and transparent. Work life balance and leaves structure is also very good. Great organisation at higher level

Dislikes

The office politics is too much. Salary increments are very less. Frontline executives are very less but too many bosses on top. Climbing up the ladder is hard.

...ir employees. They are loosing good talent just because of no work-life balance. They need to understand that their are better places to work and with good compensation. People won't stick to Carrier if leaders don't change their approach.

No work-life balance. Toxic culture. No transparency in performance management. No focus on trainings/skill development. No org changes/job rotation.

Likes

Only the pay is good where you get additional 15k on top of your salary. Maybe that would be removed in future.

Dislikes

Very dirty politics, the business are illiterate and never listen to you. The US business heads control the Hyderabad office and they think like you are 3rd grade cheap labour whom they ask to dance how they like just to satisfy their ego and to hide their mistakes. There are much better companies out there so consider other options before accepting their offer.

Good Salary along with shift allowance Carrier as a company is good to work however ot depends on the manager you are working with. It can make your life hell or heaven
