...management mostly think of higher management. Company policy changes every year. Huge salary difference created between higher management & basic roles such as team members , supervisor, senior engineer.

Dislikes

Company policies creating very unbalance work environment for basic level employee's. There is no one to here you and understand your issue. Department heads are like dictators of their empire especially in a quality department. 2-3 people's who always around the so called dictator are making their careers, others are just like slave & treated unjustified.

Likes

1. Work with your core field. 2. Joining deposit for your rented home will get & you have to pay by instalments.

Dislikes

1.On your letter you will get offer as working 5 days, but actually you have to work 6days. It's forcefully done by lower management. 2.Unbalanced work- life. 3. Low class bus travelling facility. 4. Low class food & hygiene.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Experienced employees with very good knowledge. Very active support is provided by employees. Best working environment. Very much scope for skill development.

Dislikes

They have to provide ample amount of salary and compensation to trainee. Training period is long but enjoyable but only issue is salary.
