- The allotment of shares is expected to be finalized on Dec. 26, and the tentative listing date on the BSE and NSE is Dec. 30.

- Carraro, a subsidiary of Carraro S.p.A, plans to invest 63 million euros over the next three years to expand capacity and add a new manufacturing unit in India.
- The company already has two manufacturing plants and a research and development center in India, with the country contributing about a fifth to its global revenues.
- Carraro supplies to 38 manufacturers in India and six internationally, with long-term relationships lasting at least 15 years.
