Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is unity when company faces any challenge

Dislikes

No one fights for what is right. Totally traditional company and no professionalism when it comes to business. No proper planning and the company only believes in getting service from business associates and when it comes to paying they don't turn back unless the process owner follows up. There is no definite answers. Also if a hard working person has put his time there benefitting the company, no recognition. Also when situation comes where ur hardwork or opinion of latest boss counts, there is always importance given to what he speaks and not management. Ur effort put in is a total waste. No KRA given, Non goal oriented company. Worked for 2 yrs. Did not get my KRA inspite of repeated followups for 2 yrs. Not seen an unprofessionalism company in my entire tenure of 25 yrs worked
