Employee concerns are not always adequately addressed. Furthermore, HR policies are subject to sudden changes, which are then immediately enforced, regardless of the impact on employees. For instance, despite initial promises of remote work, the company abruptly shifted to a hybrid model.

...ing Morning to evening 1.We will fire you. 2.go search for another option. 3.salary holding , expense holding . 4.3rd party are bunch of crooks they deduct money unnecessary and deduct without intimation. 5. Superiors are toxic people with focus on only on their salary and variable.

Hybrid working - there is no pressure on cloud development team to be in office Yearly offsite travel - they make sure you work hard and play hard

Salary is still not up to the current market standards despite being a top rated product based company. It is quite good, but needs improvement.

...ith my fancial expenses and all, overall it was very good experience as fresher. Lastly coming to the salary it was my 1st job good startups only 16200/monthly. It was satisfying with average daily TA and DA with attached PF as well.

It's basically field work job of vision research in eye retina's, I was handling machine called visuscout 100 and it was heavy to carry in traveling because of worst security and there was health issues in continuously traveling.so resigned to the company and waiting for good opportunity..
