Worse Organization to be in with worse Recruitment Manager in the company who doesn't know how to handle a team also and misbehave's with everyone and plays politics does groupism in the organisation. Terrible experience literally out me into depression. Rajini P is the worst Manager I've worked with she ruined my career literally.

There's nothing to be liked in the company they don't have proper policies professionalism and no proper pay. Horrible company to be a part of.

Whole company is waste,you will not learn anything by working here,there no future and no job security,no one will ask what is the issues you are facing,just waste of time and future growth,just don't think of working with the caritor at all.

No job security in caritor solutions, we are under contract, management was very good they will respond to employees on time. Company policies are not good but they are maintaining employees very good. Salaries also provided time to time.

Caritor solutions hire employees and send them to there client sites to work there we should follow clients rules and regulations.

I worked at an outsourced software dev project and the management gave me independence to communicate with the client freely. My performance was good so they had that confidence. I didn't stay long enough to see the appraisal system. Learning depends on the type of project. Company as such doesn't provide any planned training or opportunity to learn.

Dislikes

The director of the company is good at not paying if you work as consultant. They also lack projects and many people were asked to leave fast once their current projects got over.
