Work culture, don't expect work life balance, food (better not to provide instead of providing unhygienic food) , basic necessities especially tissue papers in toilet, etc.,

It is not a company, it behave as like a sole proprietorship. 7 to 7 12 hrs working. Fix salary increment whether you work good but they will tell you they are giving you high. Good employee are not recognised.

Work timing extended till late night, there is no proper response from company, not treating employee for the work completion. no support from the team especially by team leader & head of the team.

You will have to please and be a puppet for management. Appraisal will be very poor and relieving is very difficult even if we serve the notice period properly. There will be more drama and politics. Culture will not be that great
