The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

1. If you do not have good salary from previous employer you cannot negotiate much with HR as it is always a mark up. 2. No Job Rotations 3. Skill / Learnings are not company driven 4. Re-org every two years that makes you always unsettled
