...years even after contributing our best for process migration and improvement. No proper correction on salary even when outside hire and freshers are taking double than what an experienced person. Employee retention is worst, they will not even ask why you are leaving. They only say IF YOU LEAVE THERE IS NO LOSS TO PROCESS OR ORGANIZATION.

U just need to forget that u have a personal life... Sacrifice and work for the company... Overall u should work for 14 hours a day minimum... Think before joining. Health or wealth... For me health is important otherwise just earn and spend everything for medications.

It's a overall good company, it is good for new joiners will provide good salary initially and company culture is also good. Job security is a plus

Don't aspect good yearly appraisal and hike even if you are top performer, skill and development is not good either and KT is also bad.

I have been working since last 2 years and difficult to find single dislike about the company. I would say one thing is less learning compare to other companies as it's product base.
