Job Security is good, If you negotiate better you will get good pay. Management is good. Very less scope of work if you selected in operations activities, since this automotive benchmark marking companies are less than a dozen in world wide. Good company for people who don't have big ambitions and want to settle down. If you have high thirst for career growth this company is not suits you. They are having a website contains data and photos for automotive spares. You will learn and need to work in Photo shoot, photo shop and light room software only. I suggest people from automotive, manufacturing industry don't plan to work in this kind of company, only thing you will get is salary. It will be suitable for people from service and IT industry.

Dislikes

Task will be allotted for eight hours, but in work from home situation it will take 10-12 hrs. They will inform you in morning to log out and take PL if no work load is available. Only Photo shop and light room activities for engineer in Benchmark domain. It's extremely not suitable for Mid senior category engineers. Especially if you are from quality background from manufacturing you made a wrong choice. You need to check the quality of photos taken and it's photo shop quality. The quality tools and QMS things are not going to help here.

There are multiple verticals in Caresoft, and each vertical works in a different way. Job satisfaction is an individual perspective, but overall if you are a localite it's a good company to work with. Job security is a guaranteed one.

Dislikes

...ergency deployments. Project management is to be focussed on delivery aspects. The salary package is not competitive and appraisals are not on par with the work you did. Software domain culture to be improved.

They provide food for 2 times a day and also their insurance policy was very good compared to other companies. This is very good company for freshers without tool knowledge

Salary is very low. Promotions are very less. No learnings after some point of time

1. Provide good career opportunities. 2. Flexible punch in timings (grace period of 15 minutes is provided) & best part about that is they do not put LOP if you punch in bit late. 3. Chill and friendly team leads (Not applicable to all the teams😅). 4. In some of the teams hybrid mode is given

...the appropriate appreciation and the bootlickers will be rewarded very well. 4. No additional benefits for the employepes (not even during festival times, neither the sweets are given nor the bonus is given) 5. They provide pluxee meal card (₹140 per day, but this amount will be insufficient as the prices in the food court are very high). 6. There is a team where the work life balance is negligible . (I have seen lot of people work 16+ hours just for 8.5 billing hours, the worst part is that some people even avail half-day/full day leave and work during the leaves just to bill for 8.5 hours). 7. Deputation will be done only to indian companies (additional allowance will be given but it will not come under your ctc)

You can learn the basics here like every coaching centre or a online course that provide the knowledge about the tool, it almost equal when you are working as a Intern here. Other than that there is nothing to say about the likes!

Dislikes

...omplete within 2 or 3 days which you couldn't even complete those components. The pay also very low even for the experienced! If you are looking for a job in FEA field better go to any company which should be like this or else you can do a course and you can attend the interview and get hired for this job. This job requires more technical knowledge and the tool knowledge too! So plan accordingly. All the best!
