Company is good salary and benefits when you assigned to the project there it depends on your work life balance depends on team and management. I have work under bad team and poor management and no improvement for my carrier growth

No appraisals, weak management and leadership team, they ask you to cancel your leaves and holidays sighting for company revenue and during appriasals they will just talk about a tool saying current compensation is high than market standards and some other vague reasons.

There is nothing good about Legato.

...re consequences by senior management. Favoritism is followed. Unethical company. People forced to work on night shifts and weekends without extra pay.

Salary structure - In Legato there is no variable till Lead level, so whatever salary they will provide all you will get under fixed benefit. Additional shift allowance - Apart from your fixed compensation, Rs 250/- per day shift allowance is allocated for each employee per dag who are working on normal shift i.e. 12 to 9 shift.

Dislikes

Onsite oportunity is very less who all are having onsite aspiration they can think and discuss before joining. Though flexible work timing is there but as normal shift timing is 12 to 9 so who all are not ready to work on that time, think and discuss with HR before joining in Legato.

...you are lucky,else you need to work like donkey,as in other companies as well. Initial compensation was good,but now they started noamlization,so its at par. If you get offer at other place as well..Keep legato as last option

Politics of course,scope of growth is less.People are good.Management in India is puppet,and of course clueless. Employees are good.Work life balance is okish.
