No salary increment, even your team member who is working under you might be getting more salary than you even if you are one of the most consistent guy who has delivered the most in and around your hierarchy span.

The work life balance is zero. The HR department is useless, their only job is to hire people, they won’t help in any other queries. The managers are always busy, they assign the task and will get vanished. The work hierarchy is worst.

Policies are good but a company is made by its people. If you are fortunate, you will work with good team mates and everything would be good. If you are not so lucky, then you might have a hard time. It is not just legato, it’s the case with every other IT company. -work culture is good. Some streams/ projects have scope of working with good technology and hence growth opportunities. - Unless you are very bad at what you do, you are safe here as like everywhere else.

At times Disparity in Pay packages at same level.

WLB, compensation, allowances and the exposure of technologies if you're tagged to a suitable/ desirable project, team.

Dislikes

Shift timings, some legacy technologies still hanging around. Heard annual hikes aren't very high too since this is my 2nd month in the co.

Learning is there but the salary which they are providing for the employees is not upto the standard especially for the existing employees

Dislikes

There are certain people who are sitting at the higher level and allowing the backdoor entries those people should be terminated from the company already two have left once the pending one person leaves it will be in good hands
