Very high work pressure,and leads are living in there own world not listening to any associate and helping them to resolve your issue,and at the time of joining they will show you big dreams like 2 days work from home and many more but after joining nothing like that you will found .

There is no politics but does nit adress our issue properly salry is decent but career growth is very slow.

I was a fresher when I joined legato health technologies .as a fresher I feel lucky to choose that company and get experienced .Job security ,work culture and company policies are good .I feel legato is a best company .Team mates are very supportive and the management is transparent.
