Any company can't risk in giving the heavy work load to a fresher as they might end up with mistakes but there are people who are eager to work even though they are freshers, So I think who shows interest and have enough skills and knowledge should be deserve to work more. So as per my knowledge it is same as compared to other companies.

Work culture is good. There are learning opportunities for everyone. Job security is high. Seniors associates are helpful and kind.

Salary package for freshers is apparently lesser than other competitors in the market.

We have 3 months of notice period which makes us difficult in switching to other companies
