Some people just handling but have no knowledge Only irrelevant style of showing that they know everything Some clients behave immature even after knowing the fact that they are wrong and unfortunately we are being asked to accept it

...urity. No one listens to you or ur problems. U feel ghosted. Disgusting company. Salary pckg will be more digits but in hands just 18k. Nasty company.

...angement is trasnsparet. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good, appraisals ate fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There qa bond of 2 yearw before which you cannot resign. Or the job training is not given to new joinees.

Since its a consultancy,I learned a lot about different market conditions, companies their tech stack,their salary structure,their work etc which kept me updated in the market and gave me excellent market knowledge. It also provided me to opportunities to grow as well as connect with experts in the field. As a fresher out of college, Careernet gave me an excellent start. Monthly awards are presented at Careernet which boosts the energy of the employee

Dislikes

Work pressure could be more at times and targets could be more than expected. Salary& hikes could be improved especially in metropolitan cities as their cost of living is high.
